MUNCHIES Strategy
Goal: Boost engagement, monetisation & watch time on long-form content.
Strategy: Green-lit content for all MUNCHIES channels, leveraged trend analysis, optimised thumbnails/titles, and tested video length variations.
Results: Within 9 months amassed over 40 million video views, while gaining 150k subscribers for the YouTube channel and reaching nearly $200k through video views and ad revenue.
Goal: Boost subscribers and monetisation, whilst maintaining brand relevance with no new content.
Strategy: Optimise archival videos, test carousel, imagery and community posts, leveraging trend analysis and video performance.
Results: Gained over 1.5 million subscribers/followers across all platforms, whilst producing MUNCHIES most successful video view total for one video of all time.

Goal: Boost engagement and performance of Central Cee Cooks Authentic Guyanese Food YouTube release.
Strategy: Roll out bespoke social content for the film including reels, stories and carousel posts. Collaborate with Central Cee’s management/PR about coordinated posts across all VICE platforms.
Results: Amassed almost 1 million views and 15 million impressions on Youtube, as well as 2.5 million views and 20 million impressions in total across all social platforms.

VICE TikTok Growth Strategy
Goal: Boost VICE’s TikTok subscribers and grow brand on TikTok
Strategy: Testing different video formats, lengths and subject to matter to drive engagement, use both archival and original content to grow subscribers.
Results: Grew VICE TikTok from 100k subscribers to almost 2 million subscribers.
